What happens if no one is at home to receive the delivery?|
If you have a registered Kegs Off Tap account, you can request that your delivery is left on your doorstep if no one is home. Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.
Our couriers may not leave your order unattended in the following circumstances:
- There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the order in a safe place
- Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
- The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises
- If the advised location is not deemed safe
Unattended delivery is not available for:
- Orders paid for by gift card
- Same day delivery
- Guest customers (not registered)
